Order Processing

1. All orders for the Recova massager are processed within 1–3 business days.
2. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
3. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

1. Standard Shipping: Delivered within 7–12 business days.
2. Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout for faster delivery to select regions.
3. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high demand or carrier issues, but we strive to meet our 7-day turnaround goal whenever possible.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

1. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.
2. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.

 

International Shipping

1. We currently offer shipping to various international locations, including the United Arab Emirates and the USA.
2. Recova is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
3. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

1. If you receive your Recova massager damaged, please contact our support team immediately.
2. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
